Healthy and safe workplaces are a measure of successful employment relationships that exhibit mutual trust and confidence, and promote sustainable and productive relationships. Creating a healthy and safe workplace requires employers and employees to work together systematically to identify hazards and manage them. It also requires a workplace with ongoing and effective communications between the employer and employees.
