If you do not wish to be bound by the Collective Agreement, but be employed under an Individual employment agreement then you may join SLGOU Associates Inc.

Union fees are normally paid by authorising the employer to deduct them from the member’s pay and then remitting them to the Union. However a member may opt to pay their Union fees annually by a lump sum paid at the beginning of each financial year.
